Online Withdrawal Form

You may submit your withdrawal request by completing and submitting the form below.

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Upon submission of the online withdrawal form, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request by electronic means.

Submitting a withdrawal request does not exempt you from the obligation to return the product. The product must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.

The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or until the customer has provided satisfactory evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed to a different method.
